CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier customer service across one or more retail locations in the CNG family of brands. You will manage operations, sales, and staff while upholding compliance and company values.

The role requires strong leadership, cash-handling experience, and the ability to train and develop team members to meet district targets. On-site leadership with regular store visits is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation; valid Driver’s License and insurance.

Aufgaben

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and present options.
• Interact with customers, listen to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) when needed.
• Respond to general questions, applications, requests, and sales with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle currency and cash; manage cash drawer and deposits; may handle bank pickups.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures; complete trainings.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training to achieve targets; maintain staff schedules.
• Assist recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers; support store leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
