Job summary

Pandora NAM in the USA & Canada region is seeking a Store Manager who lives the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

You will drive sales by building connections with fans, coaching staff, ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising, and partnering with HR to address performance issues. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop exceptional teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to maximize store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Foster brand ambassadors and deepen connections with Pandora fans.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and smooth store operations.
• Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues.
