Job summary

Pandora NAM in the United States is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our brand on the sales floor, coaching Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.

You will embody Pandora's culture, build authentic connections with fans, manage performance, and partner with HR to ensure policies are followed while developing talent across the team. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain top sales talent.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales by building genuine connections with Pandora fans.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Partner with HR to address performance issues and policy compliance.
• Uphold Pandora's brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
