Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and operational processes are followed.
