Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates, ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.

• Drive KPI performance and store operations with consistency.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and service excellence.
