Pandora NAM in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team on the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive sales and nurture brand loyalty.

We’re looking for a results-driven leader with 3–5 years of Store Manager experience, strong communication, and a passion for coaching. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a vibrant retail

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet with recruiting, retention and development skills.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
