Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager for our Mesa, AZ location. You’ll lead daily store operations, oversee a team of automotive service and tire professionals, and drive the customer experience to build trust and repeat business.

You will own the customer journey, coach staff, manage KPIs, and partner with district leadership to drive sales, profitability, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and a results-driven mindset are a must.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and lead high‑performing teams.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in a process‑driven environment with attention to detail and accountability.

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS and handle receipts, returns and warranties.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
