Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a high-performing automotive service and tire location. You will own customer experience, team development, safety, and day-to-day operations, with opportunities for growth within the Sun Auto network.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of driving sales and profitability, and the ability to manage a multi-faceted operation including inventory and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates for performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and drive plans to hit sales, labor, and profitability targets.
• Own store-level P&L and drive revenue growth and cost control.
