Sun Auto Tire & Service in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage a team, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

You will own P&L, recruit, coach, and develop staff, partner with district leadership, and ensure a high-performing, compliant store. Eligible candidates have automotive service or retail leadership experience and a track record of building strong teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with sales/ops success.
• Motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused culture.
• Analyze store metrics and drive revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Own store-level P&L, manage parts and tire inventory in POS, and handle warranties.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
