Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service or store leadership.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, or P&L.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Experience with POS and store data.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and ensure safety and accountability.

• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment.
