Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets (sales, car count, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue growth and controlling costs.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system and handle returns/warranty tracking.
