Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage the P&L, and build a high-performing team. You’ll own the customer experience, coach staff, and partner with district leadership to ensure safety, profitability, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong leadership and sales/operations track record.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays.
• State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days (where applicable).
• Associate degree or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Own store P&L and drive revenue growth and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency.
• Coordinate with District leadership and Vendors.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance.
• Work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, weekends, holidays.
