Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Store Manager in Attleboro, MA to lead daily store operations with a focus on quality and service. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention while driving KPI performance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong leader with 3+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; or 5–7 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading a retail/service team in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and scheduling.
• Drive KPI performance (NPS, time to serve, conversions, quality) and incident compliance.
• Ensure SafeTech training and quality installs/repairs by technicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address warranty issues promptly.
• Maintain cash handling, inventory control, and store appearance.
