Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive store financial performance, safety, and product quality while delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Lead team meetings, coaching, and development to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction.
