General Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Preferably 2 years design experience or an interior design degree
• Skilled at leading, motivating, and managing a sales/design team
• Ability to train, develop, and coach in sales, product, and design
• Ability to establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to interpret profit/loss statements, KPI metrics, and sales reports
• Ability to manage daily store operations while achieving sales and gross profit goals
• Passion for design, positive attitude, and professionalism
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
