Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic E-commerce Manager to oversee the online store’s operations, sales, marketing strategies, and user experience. This role requires expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate has experience scaling online marketplaces, managing digital ads, and optimizing website performance to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to increase online sales, customer retention, and brand visibility.
  • Website Management: Optimize product listings, landing pages, and checkout experiences to improve conversions and user engagement.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Implement SEO best practices, paid media campaigns, email marketing, and content strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the UX/UI of the online store, streamline navigation, and oversee A/B testing initiatives.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.) to track KPIs, measure success, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Partnerships & Vendor Relations: Work closely with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and third-party logistics providers to optimize inventory management and delivery efficiency.
  • Promotions & Merchandising: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and bundling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Technology & Platform Optimization: Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, automation software, and payment solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the healthtech, medical devices, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) and digital marketing
  • tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO, CRO, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in supply chain coordination and working with fulfillment centers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for digital health and remote patient monitoring is a plus.
