Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a skilled Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer experience at our Minnesota locations. You will lead hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring compliance, safety, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.
