Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and train staff, and evaluate performance in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. You will drive ordering, stocking, merchandising, and safety compliance while controlling costs and delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates will have retail leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards; manage inventory accuracy and security procedures.
• Lead customer service initiatives, maintain a safe shopping environment, and ensure store tools and equipment are available.
• Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support staff development.
