Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store performance, staffing, and employee development. You will implement processes for ordering, stocking, presentation, and sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, conducting evaluations, managing opening/closing procedures, and analyzing financials to control costs and shrinkage.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational documents, perform basic math and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in retail management and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.
