Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient functioning and outstanding customer service in Capron, VA.

You will recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, manage inventory and cash handling, and enforce safety, compliance, and loss prevention policies while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret manuals, perform basic math, and operate cash registers.
• Experience in retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
