Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Supervisor to support daily retail functions. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating recruitment and training, and ensuring accurate inventory, merchandising, and pricing in line with store standards.

You will drive excellent customer service, uphold store policies, and participate in opening/closing duties while handling cash and maintaining safety. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
• Bilingual abilities may be preferred at some locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training of store personnel.
• Support merchandising efforts by staging, stocking, and pricing merchandise according to store standards.
• Manage inventory processes, including damages, markdowns, and stock levels, and prepare inventories.
• Ensure product availability to meet or exceed in-stock targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model for store policies and procedures.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities, maintain safety and security, and handle cash responsibly.
• Review sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Experience & Education:

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, occasional climbing, and driving. Must adapt to a fast-paced setting with moderate noise and possible outdoor exposure.
