Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure effective daily functioning and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain employees in compliance with laws and policies; oversee staffing, opening, and closing of the store; analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improve performance; manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and stock levels; ensure store security, cash handling accuracy, and adherence to safety standards; maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; and ensure compliance with company policies through proper documentation.
• Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash procedures, and safety controls; ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and operate cash registers; preferred high school diploma and retail management experience; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
