Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality with robust systems and weekly scorecards. The role offers growth toward multi-store leadership as the company expands to 1,300+ stores.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, lead shifts from the floor, and manage operations to brand standards while focusing on local marketing and community presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team preferred.
• Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic.
• A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience.
