Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 10–20 person team, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality—backed by an operator group with daily checklists and automated scheduling support.

The role involves hiring and developing staff, leading shifts, managing operations to brand standards, and growing sales through local marketing and community presence. We foster a promote-from-within culture and provide strong support and performance-based pay.

• 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team.
• Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic.

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a Store Manager you lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality — backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).
