Job summary

Smoothie King is searching for a Store Manager to lead a team of 10-20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality through established systems. You will be supported by an operator group with daily checklists, automated ordering, and scheduling tools.

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a Store Manager you lead a team of 10-20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality - backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).
