Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a General Manager in Michigan City, IN to lead a team of 10-20 and own the Guest experience. You will drive sales, labor, and quality with the support of an operator group and daily playbooks, while growing local marketing and community presence to strengthen the brand.

You will be expected to hire, train, and develop your team, run shifts on the floor, manage inventory and cash handling, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team.
• Strong people leadership and accountability.
• Passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience.

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a General Manager you lead a team of 10-20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality - backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).
