Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago Ridge to lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality with strong systems. You will hire, train, and develop your team, lead shifts from the floor, and ensure smooth smoothie and Power Eats operations.

Grow local sales through community presence while managing labor, inventory, cash handling, and food safety with the support of area leadership and automation handling busywork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team.
• Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic.
• A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience.

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a Store Manager you lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality — backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).
