Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality under an operator group with systems and daily checklists. You’ll hire, train, and develop your team; manage shifts; run smoothie and Power Eats operations to brand standards; and grow sales through local marketing and community presence.
