Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for travel between training locations and moving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store operations including sales, office, and shop management.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel, implement training programs, and execute company policies.
• Set goals to meet budgeted sales and gross profit targets and manage payroll expenses.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Perform vehicle inspections and advise on maintenance requirements.
• Lead weekly store meetings to discuss safety, policies, and product information.
