Cumberland Farms in Westfield, MA is hiring for Managers In Training to learn store operations and lead day-to-day tasks, supporting the Store Manager and a team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

The program features hands-on training with Managers, rotating shifts, and growth opportunities across 1500+ sites nationwide. Ideal candidates show high energy, strong customer service, and leadership, with full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotate stock and keep levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the store and ensure coffee/food areas are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager or District Manager with additional duties as needed.
