Job summary

Fastrac is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day leadership of a busy convenience store location. You will work with the Training Manager and Supervising Manager to understand our stores, vendors, and the guest experience.

During training, you will rotate through shifts, develop leadership skills, and join the bench leadership team to fill in during absences. Growth opportunities exist across Cumberland Farms locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School or GED.
• At least 1 year retail or food experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs.
• Maintain clean store and organize coffee/food areas.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support store operations in hot-food locations and cover shifts.
