Buckle in Lancaster, OH is looking for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will lead sales, service, merchandising and daily store operations with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

The role progresses from AIT to a full Assistant Manager with higher duties, including recruiting and developing Teammates, executing leadership actions,
