Job summary

Buckle in the United States is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive guest service and store performance. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and operations, recruit new Teammates, and help develop training and leadership in the team.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with elevated duties while sharing core responsibilities across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and holidays as required.
• Strong customer-service orientation with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and training of Teammates.
• Help lead store operations, including sales, merchandising and guest experience.
• Maintain standards in visual presentation and adherence to policies.
• Support leadership in achieving sales goals and guest satisfaction.
