Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, deliver legendary guest service, and develop a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, manage merchandise, and maintain store standards.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with increased responsibilities. Responsibilities include training Teammates, achieving sales goals, and stepping in for the Store Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred, with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Teammates to meet sales and service goals.
• Recruit and train new Teammates and develop talent within the store.
• Ensure store standards in merchandising, guest service, and operations.
