CVS Health in Washington state is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT). This development-focused program runs 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on experiences to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager role.

You will work a 45-hour week in a full-time role, with a pay range of $18.50–$23.88 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package. Promotion to store leadership depends on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead the team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Experience with merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training to prepare for CVS Store Manager.
• Support your leadership team with store operations and customer service.
• Engage with District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Be willing to transfer to designated markets and accept promotion within the market.
