Job summary

CVS Health in Mississippi/Southaven is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program combines virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership, merchandising and customer care skills over 16 weeks.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner and Store Manager coach to gain real store leadership experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor background preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within designated market.
• Ability to transfer between CVS Pharmacy stores.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead your team through the SMIT program.
• Participate in self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks.
• Engage with leaders to progress toward promotion.
• Operate as part of the store management team and align with CVS policies.
• Coordinate schedule and adapt to business needs.
