Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop future store leaders. The program runs 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on training, guided by district leaders, HRBP, and store leadership.

You will learn to lead teams, manage customer care, and execute merchandising strategies across designated CVS Pharmacy locations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and ideally a four-year degree or relevant experience; retail management or CVS supervision

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating store operations.
• Familiarity with merchandising strategies and inventory controls.
