The 16-week, self-paced development includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT participants actively engage with leadership learning experiences and aim for promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Willing to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations under SMIT program.
• Engage with leadership to promote from within during the program.
• Execute merchandising and inventory controls to support profitability.
• Provide high levels of customer service and coaching to staff.
