CVS Health is offering a Store Management development program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on experiences to build leadership skills with guidance from district leaders, HR partners, and your Store Manager coach.

Selected candidates will engage in a structured program, striving toward a promotion path within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or CBS Supervisor experience is beneficial.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a CVS Store Management team during the 16-week development program.
• Support merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leaders during learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
