CVS Health is offering a Store Management development program designed to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes both virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Store Manager coach, and Training Store Manager.

The program emphasizes leadership growth, with expectations to engage in structured learning experiences, support the management team, and pursue promotion opportunities within the

Formación

High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred; a four-year degree may be substituted with relevant experience.
Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor background is desired.
Willingness to promote to Store Manager roles across the designated market and to transfer between CVS stores.
