Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Augusta, GA to support store leadership development and learn all aspects of store operations. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, improve guest service, and train Teammates in daily tasks, merchandising, and policies.

This program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on experience to prepare you for a Store Manager role, including recruiting, coaching, and managing store performance under district guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in training teammates and coaching others.
• Ability to recruit and interview store candidates as needed.
• Retail experience helps in merchandising and guest service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Foster sales generation and deliver legendary guest service.
• Help recruit, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager when needed.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Support operations including opening/closing, cash handling and loss prevention.
