Buckle in Woodstock, GA is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver legendary guest service and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, and you may act as Store Manager in their absence.

This role evolves from AIT with higher duties while sharing core responsibilities. The position emphasizes selling, merchandising, and operational excellence, with progression and leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, retail experience encouraged.
Strong customer service and leadership abilities are essential.
Experience in coaching teammates and driving sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and guest service, greet guests and demonstrate product knowledge.
Recruit, train and develop teammates; lead in manager's absence.
Oversee merchandising, store readiness and loss prevention practices.
Coordinate with store manager on education focus and team development.
