Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in a role that combines sales leadership with hands-on training and staff development. The position works closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and effective store operations.

The Assistant Manager progression from the AIT role includes high-level duties, leadership actions, and accountability across sales, merchandising, and daily store activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of staffing needs and leadership development
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence
• Maintain store standards, merchandise presentation, and Loss Prevention practices
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and drive performance metrics
