Buckle at The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock, GA is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our leadership team. The role blends sales, merchandising and store operations while preparing teammates for higher responsibility.

Working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, you will develop sales, recruit and train Teammates, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned by store management.
• Work with Store Manager to develop sales and recruit teammates.
• Train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example with leadership actions and maintain high standards.
