Job summary

Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager responsible for overall store operations, inventory, and money control systems. You will lead a team, maintain food safety standards, and drive local marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires supervising 4–12 staff, post schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a QSR environment with supervising and training staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40-50 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12 people and evaluates work, promotions, transfers, or terminations.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
