Job summary

Yourrnr seeks a Manager In Training (MIT) to be trained for future store management. You will cross-train across Sales, Accounts, and Shop while shadowing directors and department heads, learning policies, processes, and procedures in depth.

The role emphasizes hands-on file handling, ordering, and tracking claims, plus gaining exposure to monthly P&Ls. The program focuses on developing leadership, sales techniques, and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in each department: Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn and become proficient in the policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn and become proficient in proper file completion as well as filing and tracking protection claims.
• Learn and be proficient in placing orders, contacting operations for issues, holding Friday morning meetings, and knowing which forms are required by the corporate office.
• Learn and understand the monthly P&Ls.
• Responsible for learning how to drive sales with outbound lead calls, marketing using flyers, goal setting and tracking, and the art of creating excitement in the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
