Job summary

Yourrnr is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to be rigorously prepared for eventual store management. You will rotate through departments, shadow senior leaders, and learn company policies, procedures, and budgeting processes in a structured program.

The role emphasizes developing leadership, communication, and operational skills while gaining hands-on exposure to P&L management, ordering, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two to four years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn and become proficient in the policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn and become proficient in proper file completion as well as filing and tracking protection claims.
• Learn and become proficient in placing orders, contacting operations for issues, and holding Friday meetings.
• Learn monthly P&Ls.
• Drive sales with outbound lead calls, marketing using flyers, goal setting and tracking, and creating store excitement.
• Other duties as assigned.
