Job summary

Yourrnr is seeking a Manager In Training to develop into a store management role. You will rotate through Sales, Accounts, and Shop, shadowing Directors and office staff to learn policies, procedures, and how to complete essential forms.

You’ll also learn to interpret monthly P&Ls and contribute to sales growth through outbound calls and in-store marketing activities. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with a willingness to learn across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Rent-to-Own or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business material; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn policies, processes, and department workings.
• Master proper file completion and tracking protection claims.
• Learn placing orders, contacting operations for fixes, and Friday meetings.
• Understand the monthly P&Ls.
• Learn to drive sales via outbound calls and marketing flyers.
• Other duties as assigned.
