Job summary

Yourrnr is seeking a Manager In Training to rotate through Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments and shadow senior leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to policies, order placement, claims processing, and weekly leadership activities while preparing for future store management placement.

The program emphasizes understanding monthly P&Ls and developing sales through outbound outreach and marketing activities, with progression toward a management role in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years supervisory/management experience.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn and implement department policies and processes.
• Learn proper file completion and filing for protection claims.
• Learn placing orders and coordinating with operations; run Friday meetings.
• Understand monthly P&Ls.
• Drive sales via outbound calls and marketing efforts; set goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
