Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in training to work on-site at The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, TN. The role involves leading sales and guest service efforts, coaching teammates, and assisting with store management in absence of the Store Manager.

You will recruit, train, and develop teammates, manage merchandising and daily operations, and drive performance across sales and promotions while maintaining Buckle standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store Teammates to deliver exceptional Guest experience.
• Recruit, train and motivate new Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership.
• Manage daily store operations including merchandising, sales, and loss prevention.
• Communicate policies and procedures; uphold Buckle standards and visuals.
